Christian Pavon’s late PK eliminates Houston Dynamo from MLS is Back Tournament

The Houston Dynamo led throughout most of the match until LA Galaxy's Christian Pavon tied it up at 1-1 on a penalty kick in extra time of the 2nd half. The penalty was given on a questionable foul away from the ball in the box. As a result, both the Dynamo and Galaxy have been eliminated from the MLS is Back Tournament.
